Job Overview
As a Customer Success Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our customers via telephone, email, and chat. You'll communicate with new and potential customers, guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team in building a successful brand. Reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor, you'll be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Manager (CSM). Key Responsibilities
- Answer all customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
- Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand and drive customer loyalty.
- Demonstrate empathy towards customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line, ensuring a balance between customer satisfaction and business objectives.
- Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure the needs of our customers are being met, driving continuous improvement and growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A passion for and understanding of the blithequark brand, customers, and products, with a drive to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the e-commerce industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders via telephone, email, and chat.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
