As a Patient Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exemplary customer experiences through innovation and continuous improvement. inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers, providing empathetic and solution-focused support to resolve billing inquiries and concerns. * Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring timely and effective resolution of financial obligations. * Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach. * Maintain performance goals, consistently meeting or exceeding productivity and quality standards. * Develop proficiency with processes and systems through a structured training program, ensuring seamless integration into the team. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** * Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. * Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all interactions and transactions. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders. * Excellent organization and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. * Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications, including CRM systems and other software tools. * Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency, accurately capturing and processing patient information. * Ability to work independently, managing time and tasks effectively in a remote work environment. **Requirements:** * High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving. * Remote work experience, with a dedicated home workspace and reliable internet connection. * Ability to manage time and tasks independently, maintaining productivity and meeting performance goals. * Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus, with a strong understanding of healthcare billing and insurance processes. **Technical Requirements:** * Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second, ensuring seamless connectivity and data transfer. * No satellite internet, with a reliable and stable connection to support remote work. * Ability
