As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals and make a meaningful impact on our organization. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Quality Control Standards and Guidelines team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. **Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components * Helping with creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders * Assisting with exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities * Presenting findings, trends, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding * Helping with creating and disseminating specific questions to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements * Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the team * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision * May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data science, statistics, or computer science * A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex business problems * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately * Experience with data representation tools and capacities, such as Power BI, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is a plus * Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework is a plus * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement **What We Offer** As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about using data to drive business decisions.
