**Your Role at blithequark**
As a Technical Customer Success Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat and tickets. You'll collaborate closely with other CS teams and product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Your expertise in web hosting, troubleshooting, and problem-solving will be invaluable in helping our customers navigate the world of web hosting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat and tickets, resolving technical issues and inquiries in a timely manner
* Apply problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to empower customers and demonstrate customer obsession
* Act as a true ambassador for blithequark, empowering customers to build their online success
* Continuously develop technical expertise in web hosting and IT, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
* Deliver impactful work on a global scale, contributing to the success of our customers and the growth of blithequark
**Essential Qualifications:**
* C1 or native English proficiency
* Minimum 1-year of experience in the IT field, and/or IT-related studies
* Experience/strong knowledge in web hosting, and/or troubleshooting website-related issues
* Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
* High emotional intelligence, with the ability to read customers' sentiment and reflect back on the feedback provided
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when addressing tasks
* Ability to show empathy, tactfulness, and proactivity when interacting with customers
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Hunger for growth & a can-do attitude
* A curious and always learning mindset - if you don't know, how can you find out more?
* Owning your own growth through reflection, reviewing past interactions, and preparing to take initiative on opportunities
* A typing speed of 50 WPM or higher
* Availability for 40 hours per week (5 days a week) in agreed rotating timelines (including nights, and weekends)
