Your key responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming calls and building rapport with customers to create a positive experience * Investigating customer accounts to understand their services and filing or following up on repair claims * Developing relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs, providing solutions, and collaborating on a resolution * Using probing techniques to upsell additional protection for their existing appliances * Presenting products and services based on customers' needs and addressing objections by explaining the benefits of these services and products * Maintaining a high level of confidentiality **What We Offer** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our team members' growth and well-being.
