With a strong focus on community and customer satisfaction, we're building a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. **Role** As a Customer Experience Agent (Overnight Shift), you'll be part of our dedicated team responsible for driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive their products as quickly as possible and that any issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. You'll interact with buyers and sellers, resolve customer complaints, and work closely with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve open questions. **Key Responsibilities** * Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience and resolving any issues that may arise. * Resolve customer complaints regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and high-quality manner. * Develop expertise in blithequark's products, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users. * Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions. * Identify opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience. **You** We're looking for a motivated and customer-centric individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences. Here are some key qualities and qualifications we're looking for: * **Availability**: Open to working an overnight shift from 10pm to 7:00am PST. * **Experience**: 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services. * **Weekend Availability**: Required to work weekends. * **Ecommerce and Marketplace Operations**: Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations. * **Customer-Facing Systems**: Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom. * **Customer Obsession**: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a customer-first attitude. * **Problem-Solving**: Proactive problem-solver and process-improver. * **Collectibles Knowledge**: Knowledge of collectibles is a plus. * **Education**: Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred. * **Previous Start-Up Experience**: Previous start-up experience is a plus. **Team Environment** As a member of our team, you'll be required to be within commuting distance of our Phoenix, AZ hub.
