Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions.
• Analyze customer behavior (e.g., genre preferences, viewing patterns) to identify unmet customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
• Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions.
• Optimize our content launch and episode release strategy.
• Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention.
• Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both tactical and strategic navigation.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
