Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers over the phone and via email. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound service calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner. You will also be responsible for accurately capturing data using our company's loan processing systems and maintaining up-to-date customer account information. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound service calls from customers, delivering quality service and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, declined payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities, taking proactive steps to address these issues
  • Prepare documents as needed to fulfill customer requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Educate and counsel customers on account terms, providing clear and concise information to help them make informed decisions
  • Maintain and ensure accurate, up-to-date customer account information, using our company's loan processing systems to capture and update data
  • Forward delinquent accounts to the appropriate Collections Team for account management, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Previous telephone customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Ability to perform accurate data input into a variety of software systems, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide courteous, knowledgeable, and professional customer service both in person and on the telephone
  • Strong PC skills, including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with a minimum age of 18 years old
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence (necessary for select roles)

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
