We're seeking an reputed company Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative to join reputed company in Irving, Texas, and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. **About the Role:** As a Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers through phone calls, online chat, and email. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and reputed company exceptional service to our customers.
