**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a Provider Services Representative, you'll be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you'll be responsible for:
* Making outbound calls to provider offices and answering inbound calls
* Investigating, conducting research, and analyzing customer data for outreach
* Working day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
* Providing problem resolution through effective communications (via phone and email)
* Working on projects of limited scope and complexity; generally following set procedures
* Working under supervision and receiving instructions
