As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. **About blithequark** blithequark is a leading innovator in the pet care industry, dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions for cat owners. Our flagship product, the CatGenie Self-Washing Cat Box, has revolutionized the way cat owners manage their pets' waste. With a strong reputation for exceptional customer service, we are committed to building long-lasting relationships with our customers and providing them with the best possible experience. **The Role** As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to our products. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one, and that our customers are satisfied with their experience. This is a part-time position, working 28 hours per week, with a schedule of Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, and Saturday, 10:30 am to 6:30 pm. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat * Troubleshoot issues and diagnose problems with our products * Work efficiently from home, with a reliable internet connection and secure, password-protected Wi-Fi * Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions * Prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously * Maintain accurate records and data entry with speed and accuracy * Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing * Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement * Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support role * Previous experience working with customers, either in-person or remotely * Strong communication, writing, and grammar skills * Excellent phone etiquette and clear speaking voice * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously * Data entry experience with speed and accuracy **Preferred Qualifications** * 1+ year of experience in product troubleshooting * Experience working with software and technology * Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Critical thinking and decision-making skills * Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously * Data entry experience with speed and accuracy * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software and technology **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
