**Responsibilities**
As a Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
* Utilizing your excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers, respond to their queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and continuous improvement of our customer support processes.
**Qualifications**
To succeed as a Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus).
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change.
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
* A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position.
**Requirements**
To apply for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
* Live within the state listed in the posting (Corpus Christi, TX).
* Be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
* Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
