**Job Summary**
As a Customer Success Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable one. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound and make outbound calls, responding to customer requests within set timeframes
* Provide information and knowledgeable assistance by pulling up loan information and providing customers with the information they need quickly and accurately
* Adhere to schedules, multitask, meet deadlines, and provide verbal and written responses to customers as required
* Work as part of a dedicated team to explain policies and procedures to customers and find great solutions to their inquiries in a seamless and positive way
* Build positive and pleasant relationships with our customers, whatever the circumstances, helping them feel secure and well-looked-after
* Maintain regular and punctual attendance and comply with all company policies and procedures
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Graduate or GED
* 0-1 Years related work experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
* Knowledge of loan products and services
* Experience working in a call center environment
* Certification in customer service or a related field
