Job Overview

As a Digital Product Manager at blithequark, you will play a vital role in shaping our conversational AI client servicing products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, data scientists, engineers, and business partners, to define and deliver products that balance short-term improvements with long-term investments. Your expertise in client experience, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical understanding will be essential in analyzing the performance of existing solutions and developing future capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts and define product requirements that provide opportunities to enhance the client experience
  • Leverage client data, conversational analysis, industry insights, and technical expertise to analyze the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term improvements with long-term investments
  • Work with the core product team to define client stories, guide product definition, and build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature design
  • Lead client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identify ways to improve the experience
  • Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and develop clear data-informed product recommendations accordingly
  • Maintain and refine the product portfolio, mapping client stories to the needs of the end client, while prioritizing for business value
  • Support the definition and creation of the product strategy, roadmap, release plan, and overall client experience

Essential Qualifications
