Job Overview

In this fully remote role, you will play a vital part in assisting our customers with their medication and wellness needs. As a Customer Care Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, providing virtual support to our customers via phone, email, and web. This position requires a variable reduced hour schedule, which may include working outside of normal business hours. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of additional or fewer hours due to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Virtually assist customers and other advisors with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions via phone, email, and web
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and effective support to our customers
  • Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue
  • Partner with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical advisement is necessary, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible care
  • Provide exceptional service experiences for our customers, working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality
  • Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, providing technical support when navigating our website
  • Serve customers in a timely manner, ensuring that we maximize our relationship with them and build long-term connections
  • Understand that each interaction is an opportunity to build trust and loyalty with our customers, going above and beyond to meet their needs
  • Promote customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to our Work From Home policy, ensuring that our customers' sensitive information is protected

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
  • Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills
  • Ability to submit and pass a pre-employment drug test

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center environment
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of pharmacy operations and medical terminology
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
