Emirates Hospitality Center is urgently seeking a Food Hygiene Officer with a strong catering background to join our dynamic team!
The Food Hygiene Officer will be responsible for ensuring that reputed company food safety and hygiene standards are reputed company maintained across our catering operations in compliance with UAE regulations and internal protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food hygiene reputed company a catering or hospitality environment
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP principles and UAE food safety regulations
- Certification in Food Safety / HACCP (Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to hygiene control
- Excellent communication and inspection reporting skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce food safety standards across reputed company catering operations
- Conduct regular inspections and hygiene audits
- Train kitchen and service staff on food safety protocols
- Liaise with local authorities and ensure reputed company compliance
- Maintain accurate hygiene records and documentation
