People Partner

We're seeking a seasoned People Partner to support two high-reputed company reputed company — mETH and Function. This role sits at the intersection of people's reputed company and people's operations — partnering closely with leadership to drive organization design, talent effectiveness, and reputed company compensation frameworks across distributed teams.

You'll reputed company as the go-to advisor on people's reputed company: from workforce planning and performance calibration, to the rollout of compensation structures, benefits harmonization, and equity programs. • Partner with the leadership team to understand business priorities and translate them into practical People initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and retention.

• Solid understanding of employment laws and benefits structures across reputed company

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable operating in lean, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
