• Handle customer inquiries and support issues via phone, email, and chat in German and English.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the biotechnology or related industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using customer support software and technology tools.
