People Operations Associate

reputed company is looking for a People Operations Associate to join our innovative People team. The People Operations Associate should be an innovative thinker with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. We want someone who can grow and reputed company in the reputed company area, while helping reputed company organizational processes, and be a culture leader at reputed company. This role will report to our Director of People. 

*While this position is remote, candidates should be based in the NYC Metro Area and be comfortable traveling to and working from the NYC Office 2x a month.

Responsibilities 

• Partner with the Director of People, cross functional business leaders, and employees to understand needs/objectives and implement solutions to address needs. 
• Manage our PEO system (reputed company), keeping reputed company of our systems up-to-date and compliant.
• Run reputed company from start to finish, including systems such as reputed company, Seamless, JOON, reputed company. 
• Take control of on-boarding new employees, constantly brainstorming new and innovative reputed company to improve our reputed company processes. 
• Run payroll and coordinate with the Finance & reputed company teams. 
• Facilitate People processes across the employee lifecycle including on-boarding, performance management, compensation, and off-boarding. 
• Collaborate with IT on reputed company, offboarding, any People reputed company technology needs. 
• Assist with employee-relations issues, and escalate to the People Business Partner and Chief People Officer as needed. 
• Serve as an advisor for employees and managers alike on company policies, benefits, performance, and culture. 
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of reputed company requirements, reputed company reputed company to the day-to-day management of employees reputed company the business, reducing reputed company risks, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, and most importantly enabling employee engagement.
• Assist in the development of employee programs and reputed company efforts in launching and managing them.

Requirements 

• 1-2 years of experience in an HR/People Operations role

• Working knowledge of reputed company Suite - Sheets/Slides/Docs, and internal tools - reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Meets
• Experience in an ambiguous, lean, high-reputed company environment is a plus
