Key Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
  • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output
  • Utilize MS Office and data programs to manage and maintain accurate records
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Maintain organization skills, with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs, including spreadsheets and online forms
  • Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment, such as fax machines and scanners
  • Typing speed and accuracy, with excellent attention to detail
  • High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the data team and Data Manager
