**The Role**
As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and answering questions about different pricing plans available to customers
* Handling 2-3 concurrent live chats, ensuring that each customer receives prompt and personalized attention
* Utilizing help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk to efficiently manage and resolve customer issues
* Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer queries and escalating issues when necessary
* Providing exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure a positive support experience for our clients' customers
**The Ideal Candidate**
We are seeking a skilled and committed Level 1 Chat Support Agent who possesses:
* Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries
* Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
* Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
* Experience supporting customers using WordPress (nice to have)
