**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing consultative customer service that consistently meets or exceeds blithequark standards of excellence and customer expectations
* Creating an effortless customer experience for external and internal customers by phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
* Product inquiries, appointment scheduling and verification, and providing support to our store and field partners and customers
* Customer conflict resolution and escalation, taking ownership of customer issues and providing complete end-to-end issue resolution
* Utilizing resources available to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Responding to email, chat, and email inquiries as needed
* Scheduling new appointments, confirming, rescheduling, or canceling appointments by validating customer information and project qualification
* Answering inbound calls from internal and external customers who have been referred through a store associate, internet lead, or other source
