As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a work-life balance that suits your needs. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Analyst & Online Chat Assistant, your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and maintaining coverage to support business procedures and data-driven decision making * Creating dashboards on Power BI and Excel to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders * Developing and managing data pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility * Collaborating with monitoring and business analysts to understand business needs and develop solutions * Creating scalable data pipelines and data architecture to support business growth * Utilizing data storytelling principles to create clear and impactful data visualizations using Power BI * Automating existing business processes and improving exception-based reporting * Partnering with IT and business stakeholders to discover, analyze, and implement new data variables (data mining) * Evaluating large datasets to identify relevant patterns and provide actionable insights * Validating data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies * Researching and remediating data errors * Participating in the Data Governance program by updating the data dictionary and plan & methods * Examining and validating metrics to ensure effectiveness and providing recommendations to team leaders **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * 2+ years of experience in comprehensive data analysis * Strong experience working with Power BI, including creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations * Knowledge of DAX, SQL, and M Code * Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Power BI Dataflows, or other Big Data integrations * Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other procedures * Problem-solving skills with statistical evaluation and large data sets * Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query * Experience with Smartsheets **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience with statistical analysis and data mining * Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **What We Offer** As a Full Stack Data Analyst & Online Chat Assistant at blithequark, you will enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development.
