**Role Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
* Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
* Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line
* Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
* Meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers every day (a minimum of 70 interactions per shift)

* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
* Access to consistently stable internet connection
