**Job Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries, resolving service or billing complaints, and providing follow-up as needed
* Contacting customers to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
* Referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
* Utilizing computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, to efficiently manage customer information and resolve issues
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To excel in this role, you will need:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
* Proven customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
* Interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
* Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
* Bilingual Spanish (NOT REQUIRED but a PLUS)

**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
* $18.50 (English Speaking), $20.00 (Spanish Speaking) per hour, paid weekly
