**Job Summary**
We're currently recruiting part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Monroeville, USA. **Required Qualifications**

* PC proficiency in Windows-based applications

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to issue settlements in a positive, constructive way
* Comfortable interacting with customers in a patient, supportive manner that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving customer satisfaction

* Ability to show patience and compassion, and express confidence and certainty
