**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Data Science, you will play a critical role in the execution, streamlining, and normalization of blithequark's expense and asset distribution models. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing insights that inform business decisions. Your expertise will be essential in supporting the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal groups and functional partners
* Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization
* Support internal business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning
* Work with various data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, emergency, and resolve measurement-based issues
* Archive work processes connected with key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
* Work with Data Architects and system designers to support documentation and executions of data set plans
* Construct vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand
* Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and making convincing storytelling for leader audiences
* Support Planning and Delivery Activities with impromptu demands from our partners
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, or Software Engineering
* Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
* Understanding of social data set plan and capability
* Strong math and analytical skills
* You are an exhibited self-starter and you give solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying, and excellent leadership
* Successful collaboration and time management abilities
* You carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a step back and grasp the master plan
* You have astounding written and oral communication skills
* A showed capacity to work with design delivery groups to examine technical ideas
* Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a technical field
* Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, D3.js, or Matplotlib
* Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
* Certification in data science, business intelligence, or related fields
