This technique involves the design and programming of customer experience surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. **The Role** As a Senior Statistics Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the transformation and innovation of the Give Up-To-Stop Voice of the Customer method.
