Key Responsibilities
The Customer Service Partner will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:
- Processing all customer orders efficiently and accurately, including special instructions, in accordance with blithequark's policies and procedures.
- Advising customers of any changes or impacts on their expectations regarding order fulfillment, ensuring transparent communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Running and following up on Day-In-The-Life reports to ensure the order-to-payment process is completed smoothly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Promoting and expanding sales of blithequark's products through up-selling and cross-selling initiatives, leveraging customer relationships and market insights to drive revenue growth.
- Building strong relationships with key customers, managing their requests effectively, and serving as a point of reference for the Sales Teams regarding order processes and distribution.
- Handling all incoming communications regarding customer needs and expectations, ensuring prompt and professional responses that meet or exceed departmental KPIs.
- Acting as a liaison between customers, Sales Teams, and other departments to ensure seamless communication, issue resolution, and process improvement.
- Attending meetings to identify ways to improve service for both internal and external customers, communicating customer service KPIs and strategies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Recording, taking ownership of, and resolving customer complaints in line with blithequark's KPIs, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating activities with other departments to ensure complete customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a Customer Service function, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving process improvements.
- Accurate keyboarding skills, with high-speed internet access for work-from-home capabilities when permitted.
