Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk IV at blithequark, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing legal documents with the utmost care and attention to detail. Your duties will include:

  • Analyzing documents submitted by law enforcement and private attorneys to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Applying standard practices and policies in naming documents for proper handling and storage.
  • Reviewing legal demands and coding them for routing within our Legal and Emergency Response teams.
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism, adhering to blithequark's strict data protection policies.
  • Completing other duties and projects as assigned by management, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to learn.

Requirements for Success

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in data entry, preferably in a legal or related field.
  • Proven ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute and 5,000 keystrokes, with high accuracy and speed.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, ERP systems, and typing (10 key typing), with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:

  • Formal training or experience in reading legal demands, with a strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
