Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in handling both incoming and outgoing calls related to our clients' accounts. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. - Handling incoming and outgoing calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date system documentation to reflect all communications with customers
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure the accuracy of information and adherence to guidelines and policies
- Tracking and logging all relevant information, including system documentation and other necessary records
- Performing basic office tasks as needed, and adhering to all guidelines, rules, and policies set by blithequark and our clients
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to work independently in a home office environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and focus. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including system documentation and other relevant logs
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure the accuracy of information and adherence to guidelines and policies
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and company policies to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Call center experience is preferred, but not required; however, a strong background in customer service is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- High integrity and professionalism, with the ability to maintain a customer-focused demeanor in all situations
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a home office environment and maintain high levels of productivity

- Fluent in English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills
Working from Home Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following working from home requirements:
- Reside within 100 miles of 2805 Clarksville Street, Paris, TX 75426
- Have the ability to pick up equipment at the office location as needed and required within appropriate time frames
- Have a personal mobile device and a high-speed internet connection with the ability to connect to our Secured Assist system using a connection/ethernet cable
- Meet the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) standard for broadband internet, with download speeds of at least 25 Mbps and upload speeds of at least 3 Mbps
Salary and Benefits

- $17.29 per hour, plus a health and welfare benefit of $4.57 per hour
