About the Role

As a Portuguese Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch technical support to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that their issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve hardware, software, and user network issues over the phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, instant messages, and user tickets, providing personalized support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assign work orders and incidents to the appropriate support teams, following through to closure and ensuring seamless issue resolution.
  • Diagnose issues through user conversations, including issue recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps, utilizing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Open tickets, access users remotely, and guide them in restoring normal operation of services, minimizing the impact of IT failures on business and activities.
  • Activate the Support Analyst when remote guidance is not successful, registering and archiving calls for performance evaluation and control.
  • Summarize services and consequences in a spreadsheet on a monthly basis, providing valuable insights for superior consideration.
  • Perform other duties related to the position, as discretion of the superior, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
