**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Advocate I – Multilingual Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Providing timely, accurate, and personalized support to members and providers through various communication channels, including phone, live chat, and email
* Resolving routine complaints and issues in a proactive and efficient manner, minimizing the need for escalation
* Serving as the front-line resolution advocate for member and provider inquiries, requests, and concerns
* Communicating effectively with members and providers to understand their needs, assess their concerns, and determine the best course of action
* Maintaining performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics
* Documenting all member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
* Staying up-to-date with quality standards, regulations, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School diploma or GED required
* Entry-level position with little or no previous experience
* Fluency in Korean, Vietnamese, or Mandarin required
* Experience interacting and multitasking using multiple systems and programs simultaneously preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a contact center environment
* Knowledge of CRM applications and contact center software
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
