**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll be part of a dynamic team of Amazon experts who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide white-glove service to customers across multiple ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay
* Create and repurpose content for Amazon Posts and schedule posts for our clients
* Assist Analytics in reports and data downloads
* Collaborate with team members to achieve Centers of Excellence annual commitments
* Maintain excellent customer satisfaction across all clients with their needs
* Effortlessly collaborate with all blithequark team members
* Work closely with fast-moving entrepreneurs who expect their team to be at the top of their game
* Handle fires, learn new technologies/marketing techniques, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
**Essential Functions**
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
* Excellent time management and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Awesome communication and research skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities
* Impeccable writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and content

**Qualification Requirements**
* Proficiency and knowledge of Teamwork Desk, Zen Desk, or other similar software
* Comfortable with online collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) as well as project management tools like Wrike
* Competent with Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of Amazon TOS
* Hands-on individual, self-starter, with the ability to deal with ambiguity in new situations and drive for results with a positive attitude
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
* Proficient in English and Spanish, with excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both verbally and in writing
* Experience in the ecommerce/Amazon platform is preferred, but not required

* Extremely effective public speaking skills and presence, with the ability to shape stories for clients
