**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to alarm signals from customers' alarm systems in a timely and efficient manner
* Dispatching emergency signals to police, fire, and medical agencies as needed
* Providing world-class customer service to customers in their time of need, ensuring their safety and security are prioritized
* Notifying customers of non-emergency signals and providing clear explanations of the situation
* Notifying account contacts of emergency signals after dispatch, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
* Receiving and processing inbound calls requesting information, providing accurate and timely responses
* Maintaining accurate records of alarm signals, dispatches, and customer interactions
**Requirements**
To succeed as a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent at blithequark, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
* Must be able to pass an FBI criminal background check to obtain a Burglar Alarm License in all 50 states
* One year of customer service experience preferred, but not required
