Job reputed company: 100% remote role with reputed company Coast work schedule & hours! Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday • 630am -330pm PDT or • 730am - 4pm PDT or • reputed company - 5pm PDT or • 9am -6pm PDT reputed company position demonstrates advanced knowledge of entry writing. He/She classifies according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS), participates in government agencies clearances (PGA), reputed company of Regulations, and Customs regulations. Responsibilities: • Prepares customs entries and forwards reputed company to designated locations including reputed company with international and domestic carriers, overseas offices, and importers. • Prepares customs entries and follows-up with the clearance process on reputed company entries reputed company. • Communicates documentation discrepancies to reputed company and supervisor. • Coordinates reputed company delivery to designated locations. • Resolves finance and reputed company reconciliation exchange issues. • Scans entries into the imaging system meeting allotted and sensitive time requirements. • Prepares reports/presentations and analysis using various software packages and databases. • Follows up on documentation discrepancy issues which requires the ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers and foreign origins. • Establishes and maintains reputed company relationships. • Requires a weekend work schedule on a department rotation reputed company and holiday schedule based on the needs of the operation and account requirements. Qualifications: • High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent • Minimum of 2 years' experience working for a Customs Broker • Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws and regulations, and other government departments • Proficiency in reputed company Office • Customers Broker License - Preferred • Accurate and reputed company data entry • Excellent verbal and written communications skills California Pay Requirements - $20.60. If a candidate resides in another state due to the job being a remote position then pay will be in accordance with the candidate's location.
