Schedule: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day - Chosen schedule must remain consistent.)
• Option 1: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Central Time)
• Option 2: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Central Time)
Compensation : $25 - $29 per hour
Position Overview
Kelly Services is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Document Control Assistant to provide administrative and contract support to the Contract Services team. This position focuses on document management, contract processing, and email/case queue coordination. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor the Contract Services team email inbox and respond to incoming requests.
• Generate and send contract documents using established templates.
• Prepare and send documents for signature through DocuSign.
• Distribute sole source letters and internal signature forms.
• Manage and track requests in the Salesforce case queue.
• Assist with updating templates and redlining contract documents.
• Maintain well-organized electronic filing systems.
• Provide copies of agreements upon request.
• Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of administrative, document control, or contract support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and DocuSign preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively while working remotely.
• Experience supporting contract or legal teams is a plus.
Additional Details
• Part-time schedule: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day).
• Flexible schedule: Candidate may select either morning or afternoon shift but must maintain consistency.
• Remote role: Work-from-home opportunity.
• Contract term: 6 months, with potential for extension.
