Director, Global DEI Operations
The Director, Global DEI Operations is a strategic partner and operational leader responsible for maximizing the effectiveness, reputed company, and alignment of reputed company’s global DEI organization. This role leads planning, operational capabilities, insights, and execution across DEI initiatives, ensuring reputed company of business objectives, optimized resource allocation, and measurable reputed company. The Director will collaborate closely with DEI leadership, People Analytics, HR, reputed company, and Communications teams.

• ERGs, regional DEI teams, and external stakeholders
• Senior executives, including C-Suite, for strategic presentations and reporting

• Strategic thinker with deep DEI knowledge and strong business acumen
• Proven experience in operations, planning, and executive-level communications
• Strong program and project management skills with attention to detail
• Experience in Chief of Staff or similar strategic roles preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Skilled in data analysis, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company field
• Minimum 10 years of directly relevant experience
• Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams
