Daily Responsibilities for REMOTE PHARMACY TECH - reputed company CENTER: • This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc. providing reputed company phone assistance to reputed company callers through the reputed company based prior authorization process. Maintains complete, reputed company and accurate documentation of reputed company approvals and denials, and transfers reputed company clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist. • Monday - Friday, reputed company - 8PM CST, training hours Mon - Fri reputed company - 430pm CT (6 weeks) Required Qualifications for REMOTE PHARMACY TECH - reputed company CENTER: • reputed company High School diploma or GED is required • Candidate should be comfortable utilizing the full MS Office Suite (MS TEAMS, reputed company are REQUIRED and Word and reputed company is helpful) • * Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization. • * Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must. Preferred Qualifications for REMOTE PHARMACY TECH - reputed company CENTER: • * At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician coordinating activities in an administrative support function. (preferred) • * The Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred but not required at a state or national level. Will also consider a Pharm Tech Trainee license.
