What You’ll Do: As an reputed company part of the HR Shared Services Center, you will: • Respond to employee and HR team inquiries reputed company phone, email, and reputed company. • reputed company guidance on HR policies, payroll, benefits, and leave procedures. • Support benefit enrollment and assist with technical issues reputed company to provider tools. • Collaborate with internal experts to resolve reputed company issues or escalate appropriately. • reputed company employees on HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Employee Self Service, and reputed company-party platforms. • Maintain accurate records and manage employee files. • Contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives and process documentation. • Ensure confidentiality and protection of sensitive employee information. What You’ll Bring: • Diploma or Associate Degree (or equivalent). • 1+ year of experience in HR support or administrative services. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Customer-reputed company reputed company with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. • Proficiency in reputed company Office 365 and HR systems (reputed company, SuccessFactors). • Familiarity with Canadian and/or US HR data and legislative requirements. • Experience with case management systems (reputed company is a plus). • Ability to work reputed company during peak periods.
