Nurse Practitioner - Fractional (Telehealth , NYS APRN license required)
Fractional (Hourly, 8-10 hours/week)
About Béa Fertility
Béa Fertility is redefining how people grow their families. Founded in the UK, Béa has been helping individuals and couples access fertility care that’s clinically sound, emotionally supportive, and accessible — without the barriers of traditional fertility clinics.
At the center of Béa’s offering is the Béa Insemination Kit — a first-of-its-kind, FDA-cleared at-home intracervical insemination (ICI) device that provides a safe, effective, and affordable way to try to conceive from home. Each kit is paired with nurse-led clinical support, combining modern telehealth with compassionate, evidence-based guidance through every step of the process — from preparation to post-insemination follow-up.
After several successful years in the UK, Béa is now expanding into the U.S. market, beginning in New York and the tri-state area, with a mission to make fertility care more personal, approachable, and empowering.
Role Overview
Béa Fertility is seeking a fractional Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver virtual clinical consultations, provide clinical oversight for the RN, and help shape Béa’s evolving model of care in the U.S.
This position will initially start at approximately 8–10 hours per week, with the expectation that hours will increase as the patient base grows and U.S. operations expand.
This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about reproductive health, telehealth, and patient-centered care, and who’s excited to help build something new from the ground up. We’re looking for someone who is flexible, collaborative, and eager to grow with the team as we scale our U.S. operations.
Early on, this position will also involve collaborating with operations and marketing to refine patient onboarding, communication flows, and clinical support processes as we establish our U.S. foundation.
This is a flexible, part-time role, designed to evolve as Béa’s U.S. footprint grows.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual clinical consultations with users to review medical history, assess eligibility, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Provide clinical oversight for the RN and serve as the escalation point for medical or complex clinical questions.
• Help design and refine clinical protocols, care pathways, and escalation procedures tailored to the U.S. market.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and marketing to streamline patient communications and ensure a cohesive user experience.
• Ensure all telehealth care meets relevant state licensing, scope-of-practice, and compliance requirements.
• Offer occasional asynchronous support (via secure messaging or email) when clinical input is needed.
• Contribute to patient education content and internal clinical training resources.
• Collaborate as a key member of a mission-driven, early-stage team focused on accessible and inclusive fertility care.
Qualifications
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing (New York required; New Jersey preferred; Tri-State area ideal).
• 3+ years of experience in fertility, OB/GYN, women’s health, or reproductive endocrinology.
• Experience providing telehealth care and comfort using digital communication tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver empathy and clarity virtually.
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable — thrives in a startup or early-stage environment.
• Excited to shape Béa’s clinical care model, contribute ideas, and grow alongside the team.
What You’ll Love About This Role
• Fully remote and highly flexible — ideal for clinicians seeking meaningful fractional work.
• The opportunity to help build and influence Béa’s U.S. clinical operations from the ground up.
• Close collaboration with a passionate, mission-driven, cross-functional team.
• A role that combines clinical leadership, creativity, and compassion in the evolving field of at-home fertility care.
