What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive product adoption
• Develop Success Plans that align with customers' business objectives and set adoption targets
• Analyze usage and value KPIs, creating and presenting Performance Reviews to customers
• Advise on solution optimization and provide consultative guidance following software releases
• Actively work to ensure customer retention and identify areas for growth
What is Required (Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management
• Proven skills in consulting and customer relationship management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present information effectively in various formats
• Ability to work independently, manage client expectations, and resolve issues proactively
• Experience with SaaS products and understanding of software, hardware, and networks
