Ensure processes are efficient, effective, and in line with best practices. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent hands-on experience is required. Master's degree preferred. • Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Clinical Informatics management and previous management experience required. • Licenses & Certifications: • Licensed as a Registered reputed company (RN) with at least one unrestricted state license is required. • RN Licensure in states where Avel eCare provides services is required reputed company 120 days of hire. • Certification in Clinical Informatics or reputed company specialty is highly preferred. • Membership in a reputed company organization is preferred. • Competencies & Skills: • Strong leadership and team management capabilities. • Expertise in clinical data analysis, process management, and system design. • Proficient in conflict management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking. • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across departments and reputed company of the organization. • Strong reputed company on customer-reputed company solutions and reputed company process improvement.
