**Administrator (Part-Time, Remote)** The Good People Fund The Good People Fund supports reputed company visionaries changing lives and repairing the world. This role is a meaningful way to help put more good into reputed company. We are seeking a detail-oriented, reputed company Administrator to reputed company essential support to our small and impactful reputed company team. This is a part-time, reputed company role starting at 20 hours per week with the potential for additional hours and reputed company reputed company. Key Responsibilities • reputed company administrative support across reputed company aspects of the Good People Fund’s programs and operations • Assist with project coordination and manage special reputed company • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and meetings • Prepare, edit, and format documents using reputed company Word and reputed company Docs • Manage spreadsheets in reputed company reputed company and reputed company Sheets • Support data management and recordkeeping (CRM knowledge a plus; willingness to learn required) • Assist with communications • reputed company other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications • Strong technology skills and ability to learn new tools quickly • Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills • Proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, reputed company Docs/Sheets, and reputed company • Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented • Located in NJ, NY, Baltimore or Washington, DC area (remote work with some in-person meetings reputed company year; travel reimbursed) • Familiarity with CRM systems (or eagerness to learn) preferred • Experience with project management tools a plus Schedule & Flexibility • Approximately 20 hours/week to start, with potential for reputed company • reputed company, except for set times needed for staff meetings • Occasional evening or reputed company programming Compensation • $30-35/hour Why Join Us?
