Remote Paralegal
We are seeking a Remote Bilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal to become a part of reputed company! You will reputed company support to attorneys.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to support reputed company proceedings
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of reputed company documents, including:
• Retainer agreements
• reputed company/State Division of reputed company Rights Charges/Complaints
• Complaints in federal/state court
• Proposed discovery orders
• Discovery demands (interrogatories, requests for production of documents, etc.)
• Respones to discovery (interrogatories, documents, initial disclosures)
• Investigate facts and prepare written summaries
• Record and store reputed company information
• Review settlement agreements
• Prepare draft letters to the Court
• File documents reputed company PACER/NYSCEF
• Accurately record reputed company activities
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a paralegal
• Familiarity with reputed company research
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
