Skills • Active Illinois State License in Professional Counseling or Social Work • Experience counseling adults and/or children • Working knowledge of a community mental health setting • Experience providing telehealth therapy to adults, adolescents, and children • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently or with IT guidance • Clear communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues Responsibilities • Deliver a range of clinical services, including assessments, individual, family, conjoint, and group therapy, and case management • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes • Meet agency standards for billable services • Participate in administrative program planning meetings, staff meetings, medical staffings, supervision, and other relevant agency activities Qualifications • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a Behavioral Science • Experience counseling adults and/or children Education Requirements • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a Behavioral Science Education Requirements Credential Category • Graduate degree in a relevant field Experience Requirements • Experience in a community mental health setting • Telehealth experience providing therapy to various age groups Why work in Waterloo, IL Waterloo, IL, offers a welcoming community with a rich cultural heritage, providing a peaceful setting for both personal and professional growth.
