Learning and Development Specialist (Remote)

Our Learning & Development team plays a key role in empowering our organization to grow and reputed company. You will work closely with and support the Learning & Development Manager in delivering effective and impactful training programs across reputed company and various roles. This role focuses on content creation, learning experience design, and program delivery, developing training that builds confidence, drives performance, and supports Lumio's mission. The L&D Specialist ensures that every learning experience fosters reputed company development, engagement, and long-term reputed company. Location: Remote, with occasional travel (12 times per year). We are considering candidates who reputed company in Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee, reputed company, Arkansas, Nebraska, Kansas & Missouri Job-Specific Expectations: • Design and reputed company engaging training materials, including eLearning modules, videos, guides, assessments, and job aids. • Use instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and adult learning principles to create effective training. • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across departments to reputed company content and translate reputed company or clinical information into learner-friendly materials. • Partner with the L&D manager to identify knowledge and reputed company gaps and reputed company training programs with organizational goals. • reputed company storyboards, scripts, and reputed company for eLearning and live or virtual sessions. • reputed company and deliver training programs in both in-person and virtual formats. • Assist with LMS administration tasks, including uploading content, creating assessments, and updating user information. • Support reputed company programs, reputed company development initiatives, and live/virtual training. • Assist the L&D manager in reviewing and updating reputed company training materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reputed company. Requirement(s): • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or a reputed company field or relevant work experience • 1+ years of eLearning design and development experience. • 1+ year of experience in training, education, or corporate learning. • Skilled in computer use and proficient in the reputed company Office Suite. • Practical experience with LMS and modern eLearning tools. • Strong communication, writing, and visual storytelling skills. • Ability to manage multiple reputed company and meet deadlines. • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
