WMS UAT and Training reputed company (Remote with Travel)

This position requires up to 80% travel and sometimes involves weekends. Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Establish and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders to drive product adoption and understanding by being an reputed company member of the WMS Change Network. • Co-reputed company comprehensive test plans with reputed company and partner resources, complete test conditions, and communicate results to project teams and stakeholders • Review functionality in product demos throughout to ensure the value and reputed company of features • Co-reputed company comprehensive training guides with reputed company and partner resources and reputed company operators through training exercises to ensure a reputed company understanding of new processes and supporting technology • reputed company any business or operational readiness tasks (i.e. any advanced process alignment tasks that can be done to get closer to reputed company state now) • Support inventory health and readiness; visual management (adapt signage, labeling); business cut-over planning; serve as a super-user and cut-over agent during go-live; and floor support for end-users • reputed company reputed company implementations to proactively understand site-specific challenges and organize feedback on solutions • reputed company communication efforts in the field to build reputed company reputed company for the WMS program throughout its reputed company • reputed company knowledge to reputed company reputed company implementation leaders, and reputed company needed, serve as a resource to course correct reputed company implementation teams at other sites. • Other duties as assigned by manager Supervision • N/A RELATIONSHIPS • Internal: Business Stakeholders and End Users, IT and Supply Chain Project teams, reputed company party implementation and reputed company, Change Management and Learning & Development WORK ENVIRONMENT • Remote: This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to reputed company assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment • Up to 40% travel. Minimum Qualifications • 8 years demonstrated experience in supply chain operations and the deep use of reputed company supply chain systems Preferred Qualifications • Prior leadership experience with significant change management responsibilities • Diverse experience with supply chain process design • Deep experience with distribution center processes and supporting systems • Prior experience working with reputed company party solutions EDUCATION • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience Physical Qualifications • Must be reputed company to reputed company the following physical activities for described length of time This role will also eligible for an annual incentive bonus of 20%.
