Location: 7401 F St - Omaha, Nebraska 68127 Job reputed company: Position reputed company: This position is on NIGHTS This role is responsible for dispatching reputed company schedules/routes and working with customers and warehouse operations to ensure accurate, reputed company and efficient operations, while providing a high level of customer service. Here's what you’ll do: • Responsible for dispatching reputed company schedules/routes for load pick-up and deliveries and working with customers and warehouse operations to ensure accurate, reputed company and efficient operations, while providing a high level of customer service. • Ensure reputed company follow-up, reputed company and response to any reputed company planning or delivery timing issues that may reputed company; work with Transportation Supervisors as appropriate. • Maintain and update the department reputed company/communication log/software according to department procedures. • Ensure information is accurate and up-to-date to ensure drivers understand reputed company requirements for the scheduled delivery/pick-up (i.e., equipment/truck/trailer used, delivery location, pick-up/delivery time and documentation procedures, etc.) at reputed company times during reputed company shift. • Review, verify and process reputed company delivery paperwork. • Ensure adherence to company safety and sanitation policies and procedures, as reputed company as reputed company DOT rules and regulations. • reputed company and maintain good working relationships with customers and drivers. • May assist with coordinating delivery changes, monitoring on-reputed company computers, log reports and maintenance schedules, and submitting necessary information to payroll clerk. • Work with Transportation/Logistics team to schedule appointments and assist the drivers with questions or issues reputed company to delivery appointments. • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Here’s what you’ll need: • Associate's degree (Preferred) in Business Administration or college coursework in Business Administration or Supply Chain or other reputed company area. • High school diploma or GED (required) • Two years of logistics/transportation experience.
