As a </span><span>Senior Program Manager, Agent Performance</span><span>, you’ll bring operational expertise, data fluency, and program management discipline to a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and measurable results.</span></p><h2></h2><h2>You Will Get To</h2><ul><li><p><span>Translate strategic direction into scalable pilots, programs, and playbooks for agent performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with Applied Science and Product teams to evolve performance and routing logic, connecting home buyers with the best agent for them.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Execute onboarding pilots (e.g., phased tier unlocks, milestone-based progression, targeted workflows) to accelerate agent ramp and success.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Own and evolve the monthly agent connection planning process, working with Engineering to automate and prepare for agent-level routing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive Discovery-enabled experiments such as incentive pilots, onboarding iterations, or performance-tier pilots, ensuring tests are structured, coordinated, and yield actionable outcomes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support rollout of new performance metrics by translating complex logic into clear, agent-facing guidance and enablement materials.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build the infrastructure (playbooks, GTM templates, fast-track processes) that institutionalize repeatable testing and scale experimentation across the business.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate across product, analytics, and field teams to ensure programs are aligned, impactful, and measurable.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p>This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.<p></p><p></p>In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $109,000.00 - $174,000.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.&#xa;&#xa;In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $103,500.00 - $165,300.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.<p></p><p></p>In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
